This project is a restaurant design for the property at 1040 University Avenue. Formerly a fitness center, this project brings a new elegance to Rochester, New York. Bringing guests through the 1940s history of speakeasies is the priority of the space. It includes a cocktail bar with ADA accommodations, main dinning, and a premium cigar lounge with rentable humidifiers. Specialized cocktails are served with Italian cuisine.
